Alexa Morgan Smith, 2, of Union City, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, February 11, 2010 at 1:43 AM at Children’s Medical Center of Dayton, Ohio. She was born on July 16, 2007 in Breese, Illinois to Leonard & Autumn (Rinehart) Smith Jr. of Union City, Indiana.
Alexa is preceded in death by her grandmothers, Rhonda Harrison and Betty Rinehart.
In addition to her parents she is survived by her brothers, Xazier Smith, Nathaniel Smith, Leonard Smith III; twin sister, Alysa Smith; sisters, Tara Smith and Ariana Smith all live at home; grandparents, Rob Rinehart Jr. of Greenville, Illinois, Cathy & Phil Stout of Clay City, Illinois, and Marie Miller of Carlyle, Illinois; great grandparents, Meldora Harrison of Union City, Indiana, Rita & Cal Stickle of Mattoon, Illinois and Robert Rinehart Sr. of Mattoon, Illinois.
There will be a memorial service held on Wednesday, February 17, 2010 at 2:00 PM at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio with Pastor Sylvia McKibben officiating. There will be a gathering one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
