Gerry Brown, 88, of Arcanum died Friday, April 1, 2011 at Wayne Hospital, Greenville. Mrs. Brown was born in Greenville, October 31, 1922, the daughter of the late James and Lucile (Haines) Jackson. She was a member of Faith United Methodist Church, United Methodist Women, and a former member of the Faith United Methodist Sunnyside Group. She was a former beautician and nurses aid at the Brethren Retirement Community. Survived by her husband Ivan D. Brown whom she married June 9, 1946; Daughter Linda Milo and husband Douglas of Bethel Park, PA; Son Dr. Larry Brown of Orlando, FL; 5 Grandchildren Mark Milo and wife Valerie, Bryan Milo, Lindsey Kurtz and husband Chris, Lauren Brown, and Dean Brown; Brother Donald Jackson and wife Sheri of Apollo Beach, FL. Funeral Services will be held 10:30 AM on Monday, April 4, 2011 at the Faith United Methodist Church, Arcanum with Rev Tom Hite officiating. Burial will follow in Abbottsville Cemetery. The family will receive relatives and friends Sunday 2 to 5 PM at the Kreitzer Funeral Home, Arcanum. The family suggests memorial contributions to the Faith United Methodist Church, 101 E.
