Charles D. Ditty Jr. (September 26, 2013)

Charles D. Ditty Jr., 61 of Greenville, Ohio passed away on Thursday September 26, 2013 at 12:56 AM in the Emergency Room at Wayne Healthcare. He was born July 11, 1952, the son of Mabel I. (Wilt) Black of Greenville and the late Charles Ditty Sr. He worked at Whirlpool Kitchen Aide Division for over 20 years. He was a member Faith Baptist Church. He loved camping, hunting, fishing, and fixing things for his family.

He is preceded in death by his father; brother in law: Steve Shepherd.

He is survived by his wife: Cathy (McKibben) Ditty of Greenville; his children & spouses: Charles Ditty III of Greenville, Craig Ditty of Greenville, Kelly & Steve Minnich of Greenville, Ron & Stacy Harding of Greenville; grandchildren: Justin Ditty, Danielle Ditty, Alyssa Ditty, Caleb Roetter-Ditty, Alexis Minnich, Allison Minnich, Grant Minnich, Raine Richardson, Jenson Harding, Ashley Reier; brother & sister in law: Mike & Roberta Ditty of Greenville; sisters & brother in law: Sharon & Steve Peters of Greenville, & Betty Lou Shepherd of Greenville; brothers in law & spouses: John & Rolonda McKibben of Greenville, Tom & Kathleen McKibben of Greenville; sisters in law: Ruth Ann Bunger of Greenville, & Nancy McDaniel of Greenville; & numerous nieces & nephews.

Services will be held on Monday September 30, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio with Pastor Bill Baker officiating. Burial will follow in Palestine Cemetery, Palestine, Ohio. Family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Sunday September 29, 2013 at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Donor’s Choice.
