George Henry Troutwine, 98 of Ansonia, Ohio, passed away on Friday September 6, 2013 at 10:30 PM at his residence. He was born August 5, 1915 in Darke County, Ohio. He spent his entire life farming.

He is preceded in death by his parents; Wife: Elsie D. (Unum) Troutwine; Granddaughter: Starletta Troutwine.

He is survived by his son & daughter in law: Larry & Marlene Troutwine of Ansonia; grandchildren & spouses: Gary & Heaven Alcorn of Chicago, Illinois, Amanda Troutwine & boyfriend Greg Nixon of Ansonia, MeganElizabeth Troutwine of Ansonia, Melissa & Jason Gibbs of New Madison, Melikka & Bob King of Ansonia; Great grandchildren: Taylor, Summer, & Jackson Alcorn, Adrianna Nixon, Jacob Weaver, Jayden, & Jonathan Gibbs, Madison, Landyn, & Alexis Pace.

Services will be held on Tuesday September 10, 2013 at 12:00 PM at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio with Pastor Jim Morehouse officiating. Burial will follow in Greenmound Cemetery, New Madison, Ohio. Family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions to be given to State of the Heart Hospice.
