Arthur "Art" Raymond Sevene, 81, of New Weston, passed away Tuesday morning, May 16, 2017 at Heartland of Greenville.
He ws born on August 3, 1935 in Bernardston, MA, to the late Francis O. and Marjorie A. (Baker) Sevene. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Francis Sevene, Sr. and a sister, Shirley Bergeron.
Art was honorably discharged after serving 9 years in the United States Marine Corps. After serving his country, Art became a truck driver and drove for numerous companies. He retired from truck driving after driving for several years for Carl Subler Trucking.
He is survived by a brother, Phil (Phyllis) Sevene of San Diego, CA; a sister, Beverly Dyer of Claremont, NH; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made to Toys for Tots, 613 South Broadway Greenville, Ohio 45331.
