Connie J. Stephan- Fetzer, 49 of Belding, MI, formally of Lynn, IN passed away unexpectedly Saturday, July 17, 2010 at her residence.
She was born January 28, 1961 in Greenville, Ohio, daughter of Frederick W. Stephan of Winchester, IN and the late Ethel (Wilson) Stephan.
Connie worked as a para professional at the Belding Area Schools Ellis Elementary.
She is survived by her husband of 27 years, James I. Fetzer, whom she married on August 14, 1982; children, Elizabeth M. Fetzer, Sarah V. Fetzer and Aaron J. Fetzer all of Belding, MI; brother, Ronald W. (Jackie) Stephan of Lynn, IN; sister, Carol A. (Mike) Denton of Lynn,IN; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 24, at the Oliver-Floyd Funeral Home, 1000 N. Broadway, Greenville, OH. Burial will follow in the Spartanburg Cemetery in Spartanburg, IN.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. The family requests that the memorial contributions be given to the American Heart Association.
