Carol Elizabeth Cheeks (April 22, 2016)

Carol Elizabeth Cheeks, age 66, of Williamstown, KY, passed away, Friday, April 22, 2016 at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Edgewood, KY.

She was born Thursday, September 22, 1949 in Dayton, OH, a daughter of the late Lowell and Elinor (Kipp) Sinclair.

In addition to her parents, Carol was preceded in death by her first husband, of 39 years, Dennis Baker; a brother, Jim "Jumbo" Crabtree; and a sister, Shirley Sinclair.

Carol loved her family and especially enjoyed playing with her grandchildren. She always encouraged her children to do their best and to inspire to be whatever your heart desired. She was very active at Dry Ridge Christian Church in Grant County, KY. Carol was a servant for God. She loved our Lord and to sing His praises.

Carol is survived by her Husband, of 8 years, Harold Cheeks, of Williamstown, KY; her children Jerry (Kris) Baker, Englewood, OH, Gary (Barb) Baker, Ansonia, OH, Tom (Christy) Baker, Franklin, OH, and Carla (Brian) Smith, Fort Mitchell, KY; step children, Stacy (Crystal) Cheeks, Dry Ridge, KY, Vicki (Earl Cutright) Hamilton, Williamstown, KY; siblings, Leann Crabtree, Kingwood, TX, Nancy (Ben) Crabtree, McDermott, OH, Dave (Peggy) Sinclair, Ithaca, OH, Linda McGill, Winchester, IN, Tim (Karen) Crabtree, Erie, PA; grandchildren, Austin, Amber and Alyssa Baker, Englewood, OH, Alex (Jennie) Baker, Greenville, OH, Zachary Baker, Greenville, OH, Tyler and Rebecca Clark, Ansonia, OH, Isabella and Allie Baker, Franklin, OH, Nathan and Lilly Smith, Fort Mitchell, KY, Robert Freeman, IV, Seth Cutright, Nevaeh Hamilton, Khloe Cutright, all of Williamstown, KY, great grandchild, Keagen Baker, Greenville, OH.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 6:30 PM, Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at the Dry Ridge Christian Church, 13 School Street, Dry Ridge, KY.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 12PM, Saturday, April 30, 2016 at the EUM Church Downtown Campus, 111 Devor Street, Greenville, OH with Pastor Don Smith officiating. Burial in Gettysburg Cemetery will be at a later date.

Family and Friends may visit Saturday, from 10 AM till the time of service at the church.
