Phyllis L. Boehm, age 86 of Spring Valley, Ohio passed away at 4:45 PM Tuesday June 29, 2021 at the Village Green Healthcare in Greenville, Ohio. Phyllis was born May 10, 1935 in Pittsburg, PA. and the daughter of the late William and Ellen (Holman) Murray.
She was a homemaker and member of the St. Brigid Catholic Church of Xenia, Ohio.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Jack Edward Boehm in 2000. Also seven brothers and sisters.
Phyllis is survived by her children Mark E. Boehm of West Milton and daughter Tracy; two grandchildren Even Caudill and Zachary Caudill as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Private Graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family in the Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery 8135 N. Dixie Drive Dayton, Ohio with Father Michael Samala officiating.
