Diane Brown, 61, of Greenville, passed away Friday morning, March 4, 2011 at her residence.
She was born September 18, 1949 in East Brunswick, NJ, daughter of the late Elizabeth (Benni) Dickhut and Edgar Dickhut of West Virginia. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by two daughters, Angel and Amy Brown.
Diane was retired from News America Marketing where she had worked for 23 years. She attended the Bible Fellowsip Church in Greenville. She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Dennis W. Brown, whom she married March 30, 1969; and two sons, Dennis D. Brown of Greenville and Christopher Brown of Dayton.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 8 at the Oliver-Floyd Funeral Home in Greenville with Pastor Scott Gruber officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenville Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 5-8 p.m. The family requests that memorial contributions be given to the State of the Heart Hospice.
