Martha J. Noggle, 76 of Union City, Indiana passed away on Sunday October 8, 2017 at 5:45 AM at Union City Care Center, Union City, Ohio. She was born July 12, 1941 in Dayton, Ohio the daughter of the late Chester A. & Edith E. (Patterson) Fenton. She retired from Fram Honeywell.

She is preceded in death by her parents & her husband: John Noggle.

She is survived by her children: Beth Westfall of Union City, Indiana, & Sandra Olivas-Burns of Indianapolis, Indiana; grandchildren: Cheyenne J. White, Layton J.D. White, Isabell Harvey-Burns, Jackson Olivas Burns; 7 great grandchildren; brothers: Gary Fenton of Saratoga, Indiana, Joe Fenton of Arcanum, Ohio, Dan Fenton of St. Louis, Missouri; sisters: Marge Perrin of Las Vegas, Nevada, Marsha Skaggs of Batavia, Ohio; numerous nieces & nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday October 12, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Lisbon Cemetery, Union City, Indiana with Pastor Rick Kavanaugh officiating. Family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM on Thursday at the funeral home.
