John is survived by his wife, Linda (Goewert) Bulcher of Ansonia; daughter, Laura Bulcher of Beavercreek; life partner, Tara McCord of Wayne Lakes; brother & sister-in-law, David & Sandy Bulcher of Powell; sisters & brothers-in-law, Joan & Larry Roll of Versailles, Carol & Marc Motter of Birmingham, Alabama, Rebecca & Peter Nasseri of Clearwater, Florida and Margaret Rhoades of Greenville; and numerous nieces and nephews.
John served in the U.S. Army. John was a retired electrical engineer. John was a member of the Darke County Fish & Game Club, Piqua Fish & Game Club and the Greenville Moose Lodge. John’s passion was guns, he loved target shooting.
A celebration of John’s life will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association Dayton Division 1313 West Dorothy Lane Kettering, OH 45409.
