George A. Downing, 58, of New Paris, Ohio passed away on September 8, 2009 at the Heartland of Eaton.
George is survived by his wife, Ladonna (Burnett) Downing; one daughter, Marti (Mike) Wynn; one son, George (Amber0 Downing Jr.; six grandchildren; three brothers, Kent(Elaine) Downing, Robert Downing Jr. and Tim Downing; and one sister Barbara Jane Elliott.
In addition to his parents Gearge is preceeded in death by a sister Linda K. Downing.
Funeral services will be held at the convienance of the family. Services entrusted to Storch Braund Funeral Home.
