Laura M. Randall age 89 of Greenville, Ohio, passed away at 8:15 P.M. on Wednesday, September 23, 2009 at Gade Health Care Center in Greenville. Laura was born February 15, 1920 in Greenville, Ohio, to the late Ray & Rosanna (Smith) Wood.
Laura was a nurse’s aid at Gade Health Care Center until retirement. She was a member of the Greenville Eagles Ladies Auxiliary.
In addition to her parents, Laura was also preceded in death by her husband, Jack J. Randall; sons, Jack J. Randall Jr. and Ira J. Randall; daughters, Esther Maloy and Glenna Inman; and grandson, Uriah J. Randall.
Laura is survived by her daughters, Stella Gard of Greenville, Lois Fowble of Greenville, Susan Prosyk of Florida and Laura Mowery of Greenville; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; brother & sister-in-law, Ralph & Linda Wood of Ansonia; and sister, Dorothy Lammott of Greenville.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 28, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home in Greenville with Pastor Candy Null officiating. Burial will follow in Greenville Township Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. and Monday from 1:00 to 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the family to help offset funeral expenses.
