Michael D. Emrick (Died September 19, 2009)

Michael Douglas Emrick, 33, of Pitsburg, died Saturday, September 19th, 2009 in Greenville. Michael was born in Piqua, July 21, 1976. He was employed as a Carpenter at Creative Cabinets, Dayton. Michael was preceded in death by his maternal mother Donna Marie Emrick. He was the husband of Michelle (Acton) Emrick whom he married April 3, 2004. Also surviving are 2 daughters Kylie and Madison; 2 sons William and Brandon; his parents Larry and Georgeanna (Rehmert) Emrick of Ansonia; grandmother Diane Emrick of Troy; 3 sisters Lori Kimmey of Piqua, Sarah Dawson of Sidney; Michelle Oliver and husband Ryan of Versailles; 4 brothers Kent Emrick and wife Candice and Joseph Emrick and wife Beth both of Greenville, Larry Emrick and wife Greta of Troy, and Daniel Dawson of Minster. Funeral Services will be held 10:30 AM Friday, September 25, 2009, at the Kreitzer Funeral Home, Arcanum, with Pastor James Morehouse officiating. Burial will follow in Miami Memorial Park, Covington. The family will receive relatives and friends 5 to 8 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
