He was a member of the Darke County United Way Tractor Cruise; & the Steam Threshers Association.
He is preceded in death by his father.
He is survived by his mother; his wife: Pamela (Crow) Beavins of Greenville; his children & spouses: Christina Beavins & Kathryn Glunt of Greenville, South Carolina, Karen & Todd Meinsen of Fountain City, Indiana, Joel & Jill Beavins Jr. of Franklin, Indiana, JoAnna Bingham of Greenville, Jeff Beavins of Greenville, & Jenny & Thomas Severance of Greenville; step children & spouses: Glen & Patsy Hoff of Greenville, Tamara Oostra & Fiancé Brian Vietor of New Madison, Betsy Kaufhold & Fiancé Mike Campbell of Greenville, Gregory Hoff & Fiancée Jessica Whitaker of Union City, Indiana, Will Tester of Greenville; numerous grandchildren & great grandchildren; & many buddies.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday February 28, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio with Pastor Ron Sherck officiating. Family will receive friends from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to State of the Heart Hospice.
