In 2019, she retired from Wayne Hospital of Greenville as the Social Worker, a position she held for 38 years. Many people had the opportunity to meet and work with Vicky over the many years at the hospital. She began her career at the Brethren’s Home in the Activities Department until she graduated from Edison College with her Associate Degree and started her social work career. She also had worked at Comprehensive Health Network of Greenville (a home health agency) when the company was first started. Vicky served on the Darke County Cancer Board for over 20 years, Fame board for some time and helped start the SANE program. There are numerous other organizations she served during her career but too many to mention.
She enjoyed her yard work, watching her HGTV programs, cleaning her house but most importantly spending time with her family. She above all loved helping others.
