She was born on September 5, 1951, in Greenville, Ohio, to Phyllis (Royer) Arnett and the late Leonard Arnett.
In addition to her father, Helen was preceded in death by her husband, Steve C. “Pee Wee” Anthony.
Helen was a 1970 graduate of Gettysburg High School. She spent many years working for Neff Lettering in Greenville. Helen loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them. She loved everyone and everyone loved her. Helen was an avid Cleveland Browns fan and liked to go fishing. She liked to play euchre and Yahtzee. Helen was an active member within the flat track racing community, where she was formerly a AMA National Scorer. She loved going to the track and helping her boys.
In addition to her mother, Helen is survived by sons, Rob Anthony and Chad Anthony, both of Greenville; her grandchildren, Kelsy Anthony, Brooklynn (Ryan) Holderman, Carlee Anthony, Ashley (Lee) Kozak, Alex Rehmert, and Austin Anthony; her great grandchildren, Savannah, Lucas, Noah, Haylee, Sophie, Caliah, Olivia, Chloe, Jordan, and Lilli; and her siblings, Gary (Edie) Arnett, Connie. (Jerry) York, and Kathy (Bill) Brown.
A causal reception for family and friends celebrating Helen’s life will take place from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM on Friday, January 15, 2021, at Tribute Funeral Homes, Greenville Campus. Burial will follow in Abbottsville Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be given to the funeral home to offset final expenses.
