Mrs. Naomi F. (Fasick) Wyan, 90, of Greenville, Ohio, passed away on Friday, May 7, 2010 at 12:50 PM at the Brethren Retirement Community, Greenville, Ohio. She was born on February 3, 1920 in West Milton, Ohio to the late Lawrence & Clara (Oda) Fasick.
Naomi retired from Honeywell in 1985 after 30 years of service. She was a member of the Painter Creek Church of the Brethren and loved music, sewing, gardening and card groups.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, G. Harold Wyan; brothers, Lloyd, Byron, Willard and Gerald Fasick; and a sister, Treva Eberwein.
She is survived by her son and daughter in law, Ted & Connie Wyan of Crittenden, Kentucky; daughter and son in law, Priscilla & Randy Ellis of Tipp City, Ohio; grandchildren, Tammy Ellis, John (Michel) Wyan and Sarah Wyan; great grandchildren, Zachary Wyan and Kaia Wyan; sister and brother in law, Gloria & Eldon Oswalt of Springfield, Ohio; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
There will be service held on Wednesday, May 12, 2010 at 10:30 AM at Painter Creek Church of the Brethren, 8593 St. Rt. 571 East, Greenville, Ohio with Pastor David Cummings officiating. Burial will follow in the Abbottsville Cemetery, Darke County, Ohio. Family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 11, 2010 from 5-8 PM at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio.
