Edna was a homemaker.
In addition to her parents, Edna is also preceded in death by her husband, Herman W. Warner on April 20, 1982, whom she married July 15, 1939; and her brothers and sisters.
Edna is survived by a son & daughter-in-law, Norman & Judy Warner of Gettysburg; a daughter & son-in-law, Lois & Paul Thiesing Jr. of Covington; grandchildren, Jackie & Tim Seiber, Kimberly Hiegel, Beth & Doug Martin, David & Kristi Warner, Neil & Lori Thiesing, and Kyle & Nicholette Thiesing; great grandchildren, Dan & Renee Whittington, Derek Martin, Brittany Martin, Tyler Martin, Paul Hiegel Jr., Lucas Warner, Kathy Warner, Sam Warner, Joe Warner, Steve Warner, Drew Thiesing, Reese Thiesing, and Brock Thiesing; great great granddaughter, Jenna Whittington; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 10, 2011 at 10:30 A.M. at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home in Greenville with Rev. Terry Haworth officiating. Burial will follow in Gettysburg Cemetery in Gettysburg. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 2:00 to 5:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Miami County.
